• Cancellations must be requested in writing within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• Projects canceled after the planning or execution phase may incur partial charges.
2. Refunds
• Refunds are only provided for services not yet initiated.
• Once a project milestone is delivered, it is non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
No refunds are provided for domain purchases, third-party tools, or completed development work.
