Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Infinite Potential Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd., we provide high-quality digital services and understand that cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Below are our guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation

Clients may request cancellations in writing within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After the planning or execution phase, partial charges may apply to cover work already performed. All cancellation requests must include project details, invoice numbers, and reason for cancellation.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for services that have not been initiated. Once a project milestone or deliverable is delivered, it becomes non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, minus any administrative fees.

3. Exceptions

No refunds are provided for domain purchases, third-party tools, or completed development work. Custom solutions and delivered designs or marketing services are non-refundable once work has started. These exceptions ensure fairness for both clients and IPDM.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if the client cancels after work has started but before project completion. The amount is calculated based on work completed and any third-party costs incurred. Both client and IPDM must agree on the partial refund amount.

5. Dispute Resolution

Clients should communicate disputes regarding cancellations or refunds via email. IPDM will review and provide a resolution in good faith. Unresolved disputes are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
