8. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Clients are responsible for payments for services rendered up to the termination date. IPDM reserves the right to terminate services immediately if terms are violated.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
